The Victorian Pride Centre has launched Pride in Action, a leadership program for LGBTIQ+ leaders in the workplace, to be hosted at the centre. Victorian Pride Centre CEO, Justine Dalla Riva: “There is still work to be done to ensure LGBTIQ+ community members are welcomed, valued, respected and celebrated in the workplace.” Araza is participating by meeting members of the program for business contacts and possible mentorship. “We want to invest in all areas of our community, including the LGBTIQ+ members.” stated Victoria Kluth.
